Submitting Orders for Trustee Approval

Orders that require approval of the Trustee should be submitted in PDF format only to: orders@ch13ark.com

If approved, the Trustee will attach his signature image to the order and as directed by the requesting party, either
return the order to the requesting party or forward on the court for the Judge’s signature.

Pleading Headings - Proposed Orders Update: 12-9-2019

At the Judges request, all pleadings to be filed with the court should contain the assigned district and division in the heading. All proposed orders submitted to our office for approval must contain this information in the heading, or the order may be returned to you for correction.

Case numbers for cases filed prior to November 26, 2019, will remain the same; however, cases assigned to Divisions 2, 3, and 4 will reflect the new division names: Delta, Northern and Central. Cases previously assigned to Divisions 1 and 5 will reflect the old division names: Batesville and Pine Bluff.

When filing documents or submitting orders, please ensure that the correct divisional name appears in the heading.

Division 2: Delta Division, formerly Helena Division.

Division 3: Northern Division, formerly Jonesboro Division.

Division 4: Central Division, formerly Little Rock Division.

Division 1: Batesville Division, Cases that were filed in the Batesville Division, will remain assigned to that division. As of 11/26/2019, this division was incorporated into the Northern and Central divisions and all new cases will be assigned to those divisions based on the county in which the debtor resides.

Division 5: Pine Bluff Division, Cases that were filed in the Pine Bluff Division, will remain assigned to that division. As of 11/26/2019, this division was incorporated into the Central and Delta divisions and all new cases will be assigned to those divisions based on the county in which the debtor resides.
